What Is Leadership Box Butte?
Leadership Box Butte is a leadership development program designed to cultivate informed, engaged, and inspired community leaders. Sponsored by the Box Butte Development Corporation (BBDC) and supported by the local Chamber of Commerce, this program brings together emerging leaders from across our community—business owners, educators, healthcare professionals, public servants, and more.
Participants in the program take part in an immersive experience that spans several months, including in-depth sessions on economic development, local government, agriculture, education, healthcare, and other critical sectors. It’s more than a classroom—Leadership Box Butte is a launchpad for collaborative ideas, civic responsibility, and personal growth.
