This past Friday, the Alliance Chamber of Commerce had the pleasure of celebrating the grand opening of Heaven Sent Tattoos with an official ribbon cutting ceremony!
Located at 315 Box Butte Ave, Heaven Sent Tattoos is owned and operated by Joyce Rinard, who brings passion, talent, and a deep love for artistic expression to our downtown community. Her studio offers a welcoming, professional space for those looking to turn their stories and inspirations into meaningful, permanent art.
Family, friends, Chamber ambassadors, and community members gathered to support Joyce as she marked this exciting milestone. She shared her gratitude for the encouragement she’s received and her excitement to serve the Alliance Community through her craft.
